The Russian journalist, radio host and writer was born on October 20 in 1963 in Moscow in a family of teachers. Parents worried that the boy knew English, and sent him to a specialized school with in-depth study of the subject. The popular radio and television presenter was married three times. From the first marriage, a daughter Polina and a son Alexander were born. The second marriage in 1991 gave him a daughter, Catherine.
Now a professional journalist is officially married to Elga Sapp, the daughter of the satirist Viktor Koklyushkin’s first marriage. The couple has children: son Daniel, daughters Sophia Betina and Emma-Esther, sons Vladimir and Ivan.
